---------------------------------------------
Hōjicha is made by roasting green tea leaves—typically bancha or sencha—over high heat.
This roasting process reduces caffeine and astringency while creating its signature reddish-brown color and fragrant, roasted flavor.
It is an ideal tea for relaxing moments, even in the evening.

[How to Make Hōjicha]
Bring fresh water to a full boil (around 90–95 °C / 194–203 °F).
Place about 5–7g (2–3 teaspoons) of Hōjicha leaves into a kyusu (teapot).
Pour the hot water over the leaves and steep for 30–60 seconds.
Gently pour into cups and enjoy its comforting aroma and mellow taste.
